ENB Port Services Limited, formally ENB Port Services Pty Limited, originally Gadosis No. 7 Pty Limited and it was incorporated under the Company Act 1997 on the 2nd of September 1998. A fully owned subsidiary of ENB Development Corporation which is the business arm of the East New Britain Provincial Government.
